We carry the click ID from the partner link into your CRM so postbacks fire on signed business, not on a form submit.
About this service
A lead-gen advertiser that fires its affiliate postback on the form submit is paying partners on an event that, in recruiting and legal work, turns into revenue somewhere between 4 and 18 percent of the time. The fix is not a different network. It is carrying one identifier from the partner click through to the record in your CRM that has money attached to it, and firing the postback there. Depending on how your forms and phone routing are built, that is a three to five week build.
How the build works:
Capture happens server-side. The click identifier is written into a first-party cookie with a Set-Cookie header from your own origin rather than with document.cookie, because Safari caps script-written cookies at seven days and the median time from first click to a signed retainer is longer than that. The same identifier is written onto the session record in your own database, so a cleared cookie is not the end of the trail.
Carry is where most builds quietly fail. The identifier goes onto every form as a hidden field, maps to a field on both Lead and Opportunity in Salesforce or to a contact and a deal property in HubSpot, and survives lead-to-contact conversion, which is the exact step where it usually disappears. Phone-led categories get the same treatment through CallRail or Invoca: session-level number swap, identifier attached to the call record. If your intake team retypes numbers off a whiteboard, we will say so before we quote rather than after.
Fire is a backend event on the stage transition you actually pay for: retainer signed, placement invoiced, appointment attended. Postbacks carry an idempotency key and retry with backoff on anything that is not a 2xx. Inbound partner postbacks are signed with HMAC, so a partner cannot write conversions into your ledger by hand.
Reconcile is a weekly diff between network conversions and CRM records. Most of what advertisers report to us as partner fraud in the first month turns out to be a timezone offset, the network stamping UTC and the CRM stamping Asia/Jerusalem, plus a currency field set on the wrong side of the handshake.
Platforms this touches:
Everflow, Affise, Tune, Impact, PartnerStack, Awin, Rakuten Advertising and CJ on the network side. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive on the CRM side. Server-side GTM or a Segment server container where one already exists. We have no preferred stack to sell you and no reseller relationship with any of them.
What is not included:
No partner recruitment, no media buying, no consent platform implementation, no cleanup of duplicate records already sitting in your CRM. We will tell you when those duplicates are the reason your payouts look wrong, and then it is your team's work or a separate engagement.
What we refuse:
We do not sign off on a build we have not watched carry one real deal from partner click to closed-won. We do not install pixel-only attribution for an advertiser whose CRM could hold the identifier, because that shortcut is what produces the payout disputes we are usually hired to end. And we do not build attribution whose purpose is to move credit away from a colleague's channel; where that is the brief, the honest deliverable is a conversation, not a tracking layer.
Who this is not for:
Advertisers who cannot commit engineering time inside the window. This is a build in your systems and it cannot be done around your team. Advertisers whose main conversion is a phone call with no call tracking in place at all, which is prior work and not part of this. And advertisers running one network with two partners, where the reconciliation costs more than the disputes it settles.
You end with a working path, a written specification your engineers keep after we leave, and the first month of reconciliation run alongside your team rather than handed over as a document.
