Verified RCS agents for Nordic and worldwide files, designed from the SMS fallback that most of your list will actually receive.

About this service

Start from the fallback: More than half of a Swedish or Danish consumer file will never see an RCS card. iOS runs above half of handsets in both markets, and Apple's RCS support does not carry verified business agents, so those numbers receive SMS. We therefore write and test the SMS body first, as the message most of your list will actually get, and treat the rich card as the Android upgrade. Shops that design the carousel first and bolt a fallback on afterwards ship a campaign whose majority audience receives a truncated link with no sender context and no reason to tap it. Verification and launch: Agent creation in Google's RBM platform, brand assets at the dimensions Google enforces rather than the ones in the deck, agent verification, then carrier launch. In the Nordics that means Telia, Telenor, Tele2 and Elisa each approving on their own timetable, and six to ten weeks before a first send is normal. Aggregator is Sinch or Infobip depending on which carriers you need and how your SMS traffic already routes. Every send is preceded by a per-number capability check with a cached result and a short expiry, because capability changes the day someone swaps handset or operator. What the card is for: A rich card earns its cost when a decision happens inside the message: a seat, an appointment slot, a delivery window, three donation amounts as chips instead of a landing page and a form. Suggested replies and actions are capped at eleven per message and we rarely use three. Carousels stop at ten cards and almost never need five. A card carrying a hero image and one link is an SMS with a larger invoice, and we will say so before you pay for the design. Measurement: RCS returns delivery and read receipts. SMS returns nothing comparable. Placing both in a single open-rate column produces a chart proving RCS performs better because it reports more, which is how most RCS pilots get renewed on no evidence. We report on the shared denominator only: click, completed action, and revenue or conversions per thousand recipients, split by capability so the card is priced against its own fallback rather than against nothing. Regulated senders: For pharma and medtech the verified agent is the point, not the carousel. A branded sender with a checkmark and a registered display name is the part that survives a compliance review, and the message body stays inside approved claims with no dynamic content assembled at send time. For travel the rich card carries the disruption options; for nonprofits it carries the amount chips and nothing else. Not included: No RCS to numbers that have not opted in to SMS from you, because the consent is the same consent and the carriers treat it that way. No RCS-only campaign with no fallback path. No agent built for a brand team that wants carousels for one launch week; verification outlives the campaign and you will have paid for an asset nobody owns afterwards. We do not do creative concepting, and we do not write the offer. Wrong fit: Files under roughly fifty thousand reachable numbers, where the verification effort never amortises. iOS-dominant B2B lists. Anyone who needs to send this month. And anyone whose SMS programme is currently unmeasured, since there is no baseline to prove the upgrade against and we will spend your first six weeks building one anyway.
