Queries ranked by modelled pipeline, the order to build the pages, what to retire, and which parts of your category search cannot win.

About this service

Most B2B SaaS keyword plans are ordered by search volume, which is why they produce pages the buying committee never reads. This engagement orders queries by modelled pipeline instead. Each query is tied to a stage in your funnel, valued from your own average contract value, opportunity-to-close rate and the organic-to-opportunity rate your existing pages already show in your CRM, then ranked by expected pipeline per page built. On a typical Series B account, 60 to 110 queries survive that filter out of an export of several thousand, and a third of the survivors sit under 50 searches a month. What the plan answers: Which pages to build over the next two quarters, in order, and which of the pages you already own should be merged, rewritten or removed. It also answers the question that usually goes unasked: which parts of your category have no search demand at all and therefore cannot be won with content at any budget. That answer has ended two content programmes I was hired to expand. Who does the work: Declan Byrne, alone. I led organic acquisition at a Dublin infrastructure vendor through a migration from a two-product site to a platform site, and I have spent five years as fractional search lead to Series A through C SaaS companies in Ireland, the UK and the US. I read the CRM, the SERPs and the sales calls myself. No researcher hands me a spreadsheet to present. How the ranking is built: The query set comes from Search Console, Ahrefs, the first-touch pages on your closed-won accounts, and recorded sales calls listened to in Gong or Chorus for the words buyers actually use rather than the words your positioning uses. Each query gets three numbers: modelled sessions at a realistic position, the conversion rate of the nearest page you already own, and the pipeline value of the segment behind it. Queries fail when the SERP is held by review aggregators you cannot displace, when the intent belongs to a visitor who never signs, or when the page it implies would take a quarter to become credible. What you receive: A ranked build list carrying, for each item, the page type, primary and supporting queries, the internal links it needs, the argument the page has to make, and the modelled pipeline. A merge and retire list for existing URLs with the reasoning attached. An editable model in Sheets, because you will disagree with some of my assumptions and should be able to rerun it without me. A recorded walkthrough and a live session with your content and demand generation leads. When the answer is inconvenient: Sometimes the ranking says your flagship blog category is worth less than one comparison page, or that the term your CEO named in the last board deck is a fight you lose. I say so, with the SERP evidence and the model that produced it, before writers are committed. If what you need is a plan that ratifies a decision already made, I will decline the engagement rather than write around it. What is not included: Writing or editing the pages. Link acquisition. Technical implementation. Ongoing reporting. I will name the technical blockers that would make the plan fail, but fixing them belongs to your team or to a separate engagement. Who this is not for: Companies below roughly two million in ARR, where paid and outbound still move the number faster and search is premature. Anyone selling to consumers. Anyone who needs the conclusion to be more posts per month. Anyone who wants volume as the ranking criterion, since that report already exists in the tools you pay for. How it starts: Read-only access to Search Console, analytics and your CRM, plus an hour with whoever owns the pipeline target. First read of the data in week one, draft ranking in week two, and the argument about what it means in week three.
