A self-hosted arbitrage desk built only after your tracker and the advertiser's postbacks agree on click IDs to within two percent.

About this service

An arbitrage desk is a measurement problem wearing a media buyer's coat. We put no spend behind a source until the tracker and the advertiser's postback agree on click IDs to within 2 percent across at least 500 conversions, because until they agree, every optimisation decision made afterwards rests on a number that is partly fiction. Reconciliation first, scale second. If the advertiser cannot fire a server-side postback carrying our click ID, there is no desk to build and we will tell you that on the first call. What we set up: A self-hosted tracker on infrastructure you control, Binom or Keitaro on your own VPS rather than a shared account whose logs you cannot subpoena. A parameter convention across sub1 to sub5 that survives a year of campaigns and a change of staff. Cost ingestion by API from the sources you actually buy on, so spend lands in the same table as revenue instead of a spreadsheet someone reconciles on Mondays. Conversion ingestion by postback keyed on click ID. Timezone and currency normalisation between source, tracker and advertiser, which is where a persistent 3 to 6 percent phantom variance usually hides and where most desks stop looking. The rules that run without you: Placement and zone cut-offs expressed as spend-since-last-conversion rather than as a static blacklist someone updates when they remember. Day-parting derived from your own conversion timestamps. Bid and budget changes gated behind a minimum conversion count, so the desk stops reacting to noise at two in the morning. A break-even table per offer carrying the payout, the validation rate the advertiser actually settles at, and the payment terms, because a 12 percent margin at net-60 is a working capital decision before it is a media decision. What we refuse: Cloaking, in every form, including the polite kind that shows a compliance reviewer a different page than the user sees. If an offer only clears at a positive margin behind a cloaker, the offer does not clear. Incentivised traffic presented as anything else. Push inventory harvested from prompts the user was tricked into accepting. Creative that impersonates a platform's own interface. We also decline to build a desk that depends on one offer or one source, because that is not a desk, it is a position. Checked before the invoice, not after: Crypto advertisers need written permission from Meta and certification from Google before either platform will run the account, and each native network holds its own approval process. We check what you have during the first conversation. Where the permissions are missing, the engagement waits rather than proceeding into a month of rejected creatives billed as setup. What is not included: We do not fund media and we do not spend from our own account on your behalf in this scope. Landing pages and prelanders are built separately. We do not supply offers; testing offers against your traffic is scouting work, not this. Daily buying is a retained arrangement and we hold only a small number of those at once, so it may not be available when you ask. Who this is not for: Teams who want a desk handed over and left running with nobody accountable for the reconciliation, which is the state most desks are found in. Advertisers whose compliance function has not yet agreed that these sources can be bought at all.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which sources will you buy on, and do you already hold the accounts and platform approvals?
  2. 2Can the advertiser fire a server-side postback carrying our click ID?
  3. 3What monthly media budget is the desk being built for, and what are the payment terms on the offer side?
  4. 4Which infrastructure will the tracker run on, and who administers it?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
