Placement into cashback, coupon and quest inventory with a holdout that decides which partners keep their rate and which we tell you to decline.

About this service

Loyalty inventory is distribution, not acquisition, until a holdout says otherwise. Before a cashback or coupon partner goes live at full rate we hold back at least 15 percent of eligible sessions for one complete purchase cycle, and the partner keeps that rate only if the exposed group produces more incremental orders than the commission and network fee cost. Roughly one partner in three fails that test on our desk, and we tell the advertiser to decline them rather than book the volume. How a placement runs: We start from your existing partner ledger and split it by mechanic, not by name: extension partners that inject at checkout, cashback sites the user visits deliberately, editorial coupon pages that rank on your brand plus the word discount, and card-linked offers. Each mechanic gets its own commission tier, its own cookie window and its own new-versus-returning rule inside the network before anything is turned up. On Impact, Awin, Rakuten Advertising and CJ this is set at partner-group level; on Everflow and Affise it is set per offer with sub-ID rules. We write the rules, you approve them, we apply them. Quest and reward inventory in web3: Galxe, Layer3, Zealy and TaskOn campaigns are a different animal and we treat them as one. The completion count is not the metric; the share of completions still holding a balance after 30 days is. We build the exclusion set before the campaign rather than after the complaints: wallets funded from a common source inside a short window, wallets whose first transaction is the quest itself, addresses recurring across three or more of your prior campaigns. You receive the exclusion list as a CSV of addresses with the reason attached, and the Dune query that produced it, so your own analyst can re-run it and disagree with us. De-duplication before launch, not after the invoice: The argument that costs advertisers the most money is the one about who owned the click. We set the order of precedence in writing before the first partner goes live, place loyalty behind content in that chain, and reconcile a full month of orders against your settled revenue after refunds and chargebacks. Where the network's number and yours disagree by more than 3 percent, we find out why before the next payout run. What is not included: We do not negotiate your contract or rate card with the network itself. We do not produce creative, coupon merchandising calendars or seasonal promotional plans. We do not manage partner relationships after handover unless you take the retained tier. We will not place with a partner that refuses sub-ID level reporting, and we will not sign off on an extension partner firing on the checkout URL without an agreed suppression rule. Who this is not for: Advertisers whose contribution margin cannot survive a cashback rate in the 6 to 10 percent range on top of a network fee. Programmes measured on partner count or on gross attributed revenue, where a holdout that removes revenue from the report will be read internally as a loss. Token launches wanting quest completions as a headline number for a raise: we will produce the number, the number will be mostly farmers, and we would rather not be the ones who hand it over.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which network or platform does the programme run on, and how many active partners does it have?
  2. 2Can you provide order-level settled revenue for the last 90 days, after refunds and chargebacks?
  3. 3What is your contribution margin on a typical order before affiliate cost?
  4. 4For quest work: which chains and platforms have you used, and do you hold the address lists from prior campaigns?
  5. 5Who signs off on declining a partner, and how long does that decision take?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
