A named seller working your inventory inside your CRM, priced above your programmatic floor for a stated reason.

About this service

We run the direct sales function for one publisher at a time inside any given category, with a named seller who carries 25 to 40 live accounts and nothing else. That ceiling is the whole design. A seller holding two hundred accounts sends rate cards; a seller holding thirty can argue a 40,000 dollar annual commitment through a brand's procurement process and still be credible on the second call. What the seller owns: Territory and target list, built from your own analytics and the advertiser research we do before day one. Outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, insertion order, and the handoff to whoever runs your ad ops. The CRM is yours — we work inside your HubSpot or Pipedrive instance so the pipeline stays your asset when the engagement ends. Proposals go out in your voice, on your paper, and the advertiser deals with a person who answers to your name in the signature. Buyers who suspect they are talking to an outsourced desk price accordingly. The commercial position we take: Your floor is a decision you make, not a number the auction hands you. Programmatic already prices your inventory for the buyer who wants it least. Direct exists for the advertiser who cannot reach your audience anywhere else, and the seller's job is to find the reason that is true and put a number on it. Where we cannot articulate that reason for a given advertiser, we do not pitch them. A deal closed at a price that resets your rate card downward costs more than the revenue it books. Cadence: Weekly pipeline review with your commercial lead, forty-five minutes, forecast by stage with a probability we defend rather than the percentage the CRM defaults to. Monthly, a written read on what the market told us: which categories moved, which objections repeated, what the losses had in common. Quarterly, a rate and packaging review. If the same objection appears in six consecutive losses, the packaging is wrong and we say so rather than sell harder. What we do not do: No commission-only arrangements. A seller paid only on close will always sell the deal that closes fastest, which is the cheapest one, and a year of that permanently repositions your audience. No representation term past twelve months. No selling to trading desks or resellers dressed as direct buyers — if the money originates from a DSP seat we would rather it arrive through your existing stack at the floor you set. No affiliate or revenue share as a substitute for a rate. No ad ops execution: we do not traffic campaigns, build creative, or manage your ad server. We work alongside whoever does. Who this is not for: Publishers under roughly 30,000 dollars a month in existing advertising revenue. Below that the ratio of our cost to your revenue makes this a bad trade for you, and we will say so on the first call. Also not for publishers who want a seller to validate an audience number they have not audited. If your reach figures cannot survive an advertiser's own measurement partner, the sales problem sits downstream of a measurement problem, and that gets fixed first or not at all. Where our categories sit: Ecommerce and DTC, fintech, and developer tools — categories where the buyer is a growth lead with a budget line rather than a media agency working to a CPM benchmark. We sell South African publishers into Johannesburg and Cape Town buying centres, and international publishers into US and UK advertisers.

  1. 1What did direct advertising revenue total in each of the last four quarters, and how many advertisers does it come from?
  2. 2Grant read access to your ad server and analytics for the last twelve months.
  3. 3Which CRM do you run, and who on your side will attend the weekly pipeline review?
  4. 4Which advertiser categories are you unwilling to sell to?
  5. 5Who currently handles ad ops, trafficking and creative approval?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
