Same-day trafficking for complete bookings, a QA gate that turns back about one creative in five, and under-delivery flagged on day ten rather than at month end.

About this service

Complete assets received before 14:00 Central European time are trafficked the same business day, and anything incomplete goes back within two hours with a list of what is missing. Our QA gate turns away roughly one creative in five on first submission, almost always for the same three reasons: a click macro that was never populated, a landing page missing its tracking parameters, or a VAST that plays fine on desktop and fails in the app. How work reaches us: One intake form per campaign and one board. We do not traffic from a chat message or from a forwarded email with assets attached, and this is the rule that irritates new clients most in month one. The reason shows up in month four, when an advertiser disputes delivery and the intake record says what was booked, by whom, and with which assets. What we set: Line item type and priority against the goal that was actually sold, pacing, frequency caps, geography and audience targeting, key-value targeting against the schema in place, and competitive exclusions where the insertion order carries them. Insurance and banking campaigns get their exclusion labels checked twice, because that complaint arrives from a client's compliance department rather than from your sales lead, and it arrives in writing. On gaming inventory we watch the interaction between high-volume house campaigns and sold sponsorships, which is where under-delivery hides. The QA gate: Creative rendered at each breakpoint on real pages, not in a preview tool alone. Third-party tags checked against CM360, Sizmek or Flashtalking output, including SSL and the click chain tested end to end to the landing page. VAST validated for wrapper depth, media file bitrates and the error pixel. Viewability vendor tags confirmed present and firing wherever an IAS or DoubleVerify guarantee sits in the deal. Weight limits enforced, which sometimes means telling a sales lead that an agency's creative is too heavy to run on your mobile pages. Pacing and makegoods: An under-delivery report on day ten of each campaign rather than at the end of it. Where a campaign will miss, you receive a makegood proposal with the inventory that can actually carry it, priced, before the month closes. Half the makegoods we inherit cost the publisher more than the shortfall did, because they were agreed under time pressure by someone with no forecast in front of them. Reporting: A scheduled query pack against your own reporting data, not a monthly deck of screenshots. Discrepancy reconciliation between your ad server and the advertiser's is a standing item with a threshold agreed in advance, above which we escalate to you rather than absorb it quietly. Not included: We do not speak to your advertisers or their agencies. Everything routes through your account manager, because an operations desk negotiating delivery directly with a buyer is how a publisher loses a renewal it did not know was at risk. We do not build or resize creative. Programmatic yield oversight sits only on the top tier and is a different discipline with different meetings. Who this is not for: Publishers running fewer than about fifteen direct campaigns a month: a retainer is the wrong shape and one trained person in-house costs less. Teams who want the desk to carry revenue targets as well, since we execute against the book you sell and merging the two lets the same people who set a forecast mark their own delivery. Anyone needing cover outside the hours in the package. We staff to Central European hours and we will say so at signing rather than at the first weekend escalation.
