Solo sends bought on delivered volume and filtered clicks, with the publisher's own send logs read before the rate is discussed.

About this service

A dedicated send to a Polish B2B trade list of eighteen thousand addresses transacts between 900 and 2,400 euro depending on the publisher, and on an insurance or utility audience roughly a third of the clicks that get reported back will not be human. I buy these placements on delivered volume and filtered clicks, agree both figures with the publisher before the insertion order is signed, and hold the invoice against them afterwards. What I check before asking for a rate: The last four sends, from the publisher's own ESP interface with campaign IDs visible: delivered count, bounce rate, complaint rate. The Google Postmaster spam rate for their sending domain. What share of the file has clicked anything in ninety days. Open rate I ignore, and a publisher still quoting a 48 per cent open rate is telling me they have not looked at their own data since 2021. Where a list cannot show me any of this, I do not negotiate the price down. I decline the list. Bot clicks: Corporate mail security pre-clicks every link before the recipient sees it. Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Safe Links and Proofpoint URL Defense both do this, and on the audiences I buy for they account for twenty to forty per cent of recorded clicks. I filter on user agent, on clicks landing within two seconds of delivery, and on sessions that hit the offer link and the unsubscribe link in the same second. The filtered number is what goes into the insertion order and what the platform's shortfall clause measures against. How the send is built: The publisher sends from their own domain, with their own unsubscribe, in their own template. Copy is written to sit inside the newsletter's register rather than lifted from the client's paid social. One HTML build, rendered against the publisher's actual template, with a plain text part that reads as a letter instead of stripped tag soup. Links run through a click tracking subdomain on the client's domain with a single redirect hop, because every extra hop is another chance for a scanner to rewrite it. Regulated creative: For prescription products nothing goes into a consumer newsletter at all; article 57 of the Polish pharmaceutical law settles that before the media conversation starts. OTC creative goes to the client's medical reviewer with a named signatory, and I do not book a date until that signature exists, because a moved date on a dedicated slot is usually a forfeited fee. For consumer credit, the representative example and the RRSO belong in the body of the email, not on the landing page behind the click. Sender of record: The publisher controls their file and stays the sender. I do not book placements where the client's domain appears in the From line, where the client supplies addresses to the publisher, or where the publisher offers to hand over the openers afterwards. A publisher who offers that has just told you what they do with every other advertiser's data. Not included: Landing page work, offer design, creative beyond copy and one HTML build, display placements in the same newsletter, and anything touching the client's own file, which is separate work with a different method. Who this is not for: Anyone measuring newsletter buys on opens. Anyone who needs a send live inside a week, since diligence on a publisher I have not bought from takes about five working days and I would rather lose the booking than skip it. And anyone testing the channel with a few thousand euro, because one send on one list answers nothing, and I would be taking money to produce a number neither of us should act on.

What the seller needs from you

  1. 1Which product or offer is this send promoting, and what regulatory review has it already passed?
  2. 2What does the landing page look like today, and who is able to change it?
  3. 3What counts as a result here: a click, a form completion, or a qualified opportunity?
  4. 4Which publications are already on your list, and have you bought any of them before?
  5. 5What is the latest date this can go out, and what happens if it slips?

Asked at checkout. Delivery time starts once you answer, not when you pay.
